Reebok Exit Roads

Post by mangler on Tue Dec 29, 2009 5:05 am

Following on from the toilet:ratios thread... I've like to know which pillock planned the layout of the roads around the Reebok??

I've been to the Reebok a couple of times - shopping - and each time I've come to leave I've found myself sat in oodles of traffic. There's only two exit roads from the place, which I find bizarre.

Surely they could have made two escape roads heading towards the Horwich hills and beyond, and two routes back towards the rest of civilisation.

Bastards!

If memory serves the car parks were due to be much, much larger and the exits planned in a slightly different way. However the local MP's got involved and made a fuss about public transport being ignored by encouraging more cars to visit the area and so the capacity was significantly dropped.

Tony fucking Blair.

Which just proves what I already thought... that MP stands for Mother Phucker.
